Below are the dates we have chosen to offer exclusive access to the field to book your private photoshoots!

Photo Shoots for Clients:

Location fee: $75.00/hour plus HST - must be paid prior to the photo-shoots taking place. Etransfer or credit card accepted.

You must register the name of your groups with Sunflower Fields before you arrive so that we have the group name at the entrance. Your groups will NOT be charged the regular entrance fee as you will be paying the location fee. If you choose to pass that fee along to your groups, that is up to you.

Maximum of 3 groups/hour/photographer.

We are holding specific days and times for photographers to arrange their mini-shoots with clients.

You may book 1 hour or two hours on the days that we are offering times for photographers.

We will limit the number of photographers in the field to 4 per hour.

Professional Liability Insurance: If you have a copy of your professional liability insurance, I would require a copy for our records.

The field is also closed on rainy days as it becomes too muddy to allow people to walk through the field.

How to Book a Time:

You must book a time with myself via email: Katerp1@aol.com or by phone 613-848-3030. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email of the time and date.

Cancellation:

If you have booked and confirmed a time slot and need to cancel within 48 hours of arrival, there will be a cancellation fee of 1/2 of the original booking fee. $37.50 plus HST. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, your full fee will be refunded.
